- Programmable Feature Buttons: When a single JEM24 is connected, it provides 24 configurable feature/line buttons on 3 pages (for a total of 72 programmable buttons). When two or more JEM24’s are connected, each module offers a single page of 24 configurable feature/line buttons
- LED Indicators: Each button equipped with dual LEDs (red/green) for line/call status.
- Expandable: Up to 3 Avaya JEM24’s can be added per phone
- Display: 4.3 inch diagonal width, 272×480 pixels. Color Display when connected to J179, grayscale display when connected to J169. Brightness adjustable from host phone.
- Customization: Pre-configured background or screensavers are available to match host phone

POWER REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 2 JEM24’s can be powered through host phone. When adding 3rd JEM24, external 5V power supply is required (sold separately).
